Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,
- A Flood Watch remains in effect for areas mainly along and north of
Interstate 90 and for southern Vermont for late Sunday night into early
Tuesday morning for river flooding.
- Urban, low lying and poor drainage flooding is possible Sunday Night
into early Monday morning across east central New York and western New
England.
- There is a threat that an isolated thunderstorm could produce strong
to damaging wind gusts across the central/southeast Catskills, mid-Hudson
Valley, southern Taconics and northwestern Connecticut Sunday night.
