*Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,*
*Tonight - Friday:* Periods of above freezing temperatures, snow melt and
rain will lead to rises on area rivers. Although river flows are not
expected to reach flood levels on their own, river rises may be enough to
cause some ice break up and movement which could lead to some localized ice
jam flooding.
*Friday - Saturday:* A cold front will track through the region Friday.
Behind the cold front winds will shift to the west and northwest and become
strong and gusty. Wind gusts could exceed 40 mph and wind advisories may
be needed if stronger winds are expected.
