*Wind Chill Advisory* remains in effect for northern Herkimer and Hamilton
Counties into this morning.

Another storm system is forecast to impact the region with *light to
moderate snow accumulation* Wednesday afternoon and Wednesday night for all
of eastern New York and western New England.
