Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Temperatures are near to below freezing as light rain spreads into the
region.  The Winter Weather Advisory has been expanded to include the
southern Herkimer, Fulton, northern Saratoga, southern Washington Counties
through 9 am and southern Vermont through noon.  A light glaze of ice
accretion may result in slippery travel on untreated surfaces.
