Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Temperatures are near to below freezing as light rain spreads into the
region.  The Winter Weather Advisory has been expanded to include the
Capital District, Helderbergs, northern/central Taconics, and eastern
Greene, western Columbia, Schoharie, and Montgomery Counties through 9 am.
The Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect through 9 am for the eastern
Catskills and through noon for the Berkshires.  A light glaze of ice
accretion may result in slippery travel on untreated surfaces.
