Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

A *Winter Storm Warning *continues for all of eastern New York and western
New England and is in effect through 4 PM today.

*Life-threatening* wind chills are likely this evening through Monday
evening as a frigid airmass invades the region. This has prompted *Wind
Chill Warnings and Advisories* to be issued for the entire forecast area
and are in effect from 6 PM Today through 6 PM Monday.

winter storm and life-threatening wind chills.
