Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

*Life-threatening* wind chills are likely this evening through Monday
evening as a frigid airmass invades the region along with strong gusty
winds. This has prompted *Wind Chill Warnings and Advisories* to be issued
for the entire forecast area and are in effect from 6 PM Today through 6 PM
Monday.

Please see attached briefing for further details regarding this dangerous
cold.
