Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

*Heavy Rainfall Threat*

   - Some flooding of poor drainage and low lying areas with isolated flash
   flooding possible
   - This afternoon into the evening
   - South and east of the Capital District


*Severe Weather Threat*

   - A few strong or severe storms are possible this afternoon into the
   evening
   - Main threat is for damaging wind gusts
   - A portion of the mid Hudson Valley, southern Taconics and northwestern
   Connecticut
