Dangerous heat conditions will continue through today:

   - *Excessive Heat Warning* in effect through 8 PM today for eastern
   Ulster, Dutchess & Litchfield Counties.
   - *Heat Advisory* in effect through 8 PM today for the Capital District,
   Lake George Saratoga region, northern Hudson Valley, northern Taconics,
   Schoharie Valley, eastern Catskills, northern & central Taconics,
   Berkshires & southern Vermont.

The heat wave will come to an end tonight with the passage of a cold front.
Highs Monday are forecast to only reach the 70s.

Also, locally heavy rainfall is expected Monday into early Tuesday and may
result in some flooding of poor drainage and low lying areas and isolated
flash flooding.
