Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,
There is a potential for severe thunderstorms Thursday afternoon into
Thursday evening. The main impacts from any severe thunderstorm would be
damaging winds and large hail, although isolated tornadoes are possible.
Currently, there is greater confidence for severe thunderstorms from around
Albany westward. The Storm Prediction Center has outlined this region in a
Slight Risk with a Marginal Risk for areas east of Albany into western New
England.
