Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

We continue to monitor the potential for isolated to scattered severe
thunderstorms tomorrow, mainly from 3PM to 10PM. Focus for severe
thunderstorms has shifted west of the Hudson River with damaging winds the
main impact. However, hail and even an isolated tornado are not ruled out.
