Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

A storm system will continue to impact the area through this afternoon. A
wintry mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain for the eastern Catskills,
Schoharie Valley, Helderbergs and northern and central Taconics of eastern
NY and all of western New England excluding southern Litchfield County
Connecticut.  A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect.
