Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

Strong winds are possible Wednesday night into Thanksgiving Day. Wind gusts
could exceed 40 mph over much of the region.  If confidence increases that
wind gusts will exceed 45 mph, a wind advisory may be needed in some areas.

A wintry mix of precipitation is possible Sunday into Monday.
