Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

We continue to monitor a long lasting period of winter weather conditions
for Sunday into Monday. Accumulating snow is becoming increasingly likely
on Sunday with potential for a changeover to wintry mix Sunday night in the
mid-Hudson Valley and Litchfield County, CT. Snow could become moderate to
heavy in some areas on Monday. Confidence is increasing that this event
will impact travel due to snow covered roadways and reduced visibility.
