Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

A Winter Storm Watch has been issued from 7 am Sunday to 7 pm Monday for
all of eastern NY and western New England.  Some sleet and freezing rain
may mix in for Ulster, Dutchess, and Litchfield Counties Sunday night
into Monday morning.
The potential exists for 9 or more inches of snow in the Watch area.
