Dear Emergency Managers and other partners,

A Flood Watch remains in effect for the entire forecast area until 8 AM
Friday. A widespread 2 - 4 inches of rain is likely with isolated higher
amounts possible in the high terrain. The rainfall may become locally
heavy which may result in some poor drainage flooding of low lying areas,
and ponding of water on roadways. Leaves and other debris could clog some
drains and produce some nuisance flooding. Isolated main stem river
flooding is also possible.

A Wind Advisory continues until 8 pm today, northwest winds of 15 to 30 mph
with gusts 35 to 55 mph are possible.

Please see attached forecast graphics for total rainfall as well as maximum
wind gusts for this event.
