Dear Emergency Managers and Other Partners,

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued until 9 pm EDT for most of
eastern NY and western New England.

Locally heavy rain is possible within any thunderstorms which may lead to
flooding of poor drainage, urban and low lying areas.
