[Weather] [2019.08.13 AM] Showers and Thunderstorms Today with Local Downpours

Good morning.

   - A cold front will move south through the region today and tonight.
   Showers and thunderstorms will form along this front and move through
   Southern New England.
   - High humidity will support embedded heavy downpours that could cause
   local poor drainage flooding, with the greatest risk across CT, RI, and SE
   Mass.
