[Weather] [2019.08.12 PM] Showers and Thunderstorms Tuesday with Local Downpours

Good afternoon.

   - A cold front will move south through the region Tuesday and Tuesday
   night. Showers and thunderstorms will form along the front and move through
   Southern New England.
   - High humidity will support embedded heavy downpours that could cause
   local poor drainage flooding, with the best chance in CT, RI, and SE Mass.
