[Weather] [2019.12.31 AM Update] NWS EM Briefing: Icing Threat This Morning

Good morning,

We expect precipitation to end across most of southern New England by 7 AM,
with all areas being dry by noon. Rain will be the dominant form of
precipitation across eastern MA and RI. Still a threat of light icing north
and west of I-495 in MA, into Worcester county.

Winter Weather Advisories continue until 7 AM this morning for this threat
of additional light icing. It is possible some of these advisories may need
to be extended a couple of hours. Will evaluate temperatures closer to that
time. Only a trace of additional icing is expected.
