[Weather] Severe Thunderstorm Watch In Effect Until 10 pm for all of CT and RI

Good afternoon everyone,

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has just been issued and in effect until 10 pm
for all CT and RI.

*What* ... Severe thunderstorms possible with strong to damaging winds,
large hail and a very low risk of an isolated tornado.  Torrential rainfall
and localized flooding is possible as well

*When* ... thru 10 pm EDT

*Where* ... all of Connecticut and Rhode Island

*Forecast Uncertainty* ... highest probability for strong to severe storms
is across CT with probabilities lowering eastward into RI
