[Weather] [2019.07.23 AM] Flash Flood Threat for Southeast New England

Good morning,

Continued stream of locally heavy downpours will pose the risk of flash
flooding for Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts through this
afternoon.

   - Rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour.
   - Storm total rainfall possibly as high as 3 inches, generally around 1
   to 2 inches.
   - FLASH FLOOD WATCH posted for Rhode Island and southeast Massachusetts
   till 2 pm.
