[Weather] Updated Risk for Thunderstorms This Afternoon and Evening

Good afternoon:

We still expect a threat for damaging winds and local downpours from
scattered thunderstorms this afternoon. The latest analysis has resulted in
the Storm Prediction Center upgrading our risk for severe thunderstorms
this afternoon. The attached graphic has a map of that information.

The greatest risk for strong to severe thunderstorms will  be from 2 PM to
10 PM today.
