[Weather] Sub-Tropical Storm Melissa

Good Morning Everyone,
The National Hurricane Center has begun issuing advisories on Sub-Tropical
Storm Melissa which was located about 200 miles south-southeast of Martha's
Vineyard. The forecast takes Melissa slowly to the east northeast over the
next couple of days, away from our area. See the attached graphic for more
details.
The impacts that we briefed earlier this morning (rain, strong winds, minor
coastal flooding, and rough seas) are still valid. The storm's impacts will
gradually ease tonight and Saturday as it pulls farther away from our
region.
At this time, we are continuing with our current headlines for wind and
coastal flooding. No tropical headlines will be issued.
