[Weather] [2019.09.04 AM] Severe Thunderstorms Possible Today

Greetings,

There remains the risk of severe thunderstorms this afternoon into evening.

*What*:

   - Isolated to scattered thunderstorms, some of which may be severe.
   - Main threats are damaging winds and locally heavy downpours.
   - Larger hail and tornadoes are not impossible, but are a low risk.

*When*:

   - Greatest threat between 2 pm and 8 pm today.

*Where*:

   - Interior southern New England.
   - Mostly north and west of the Boston to Providence corridor.
