Good afternoon,

The latest forecast indicates potential for high end severe weather across
southern New England Thursday afternoon and evening. While the exact extent
of severe weather remains uncertain, the risk level is high enough we
wanted to bring this to your attention.

There is a threat for: significant straight-line wind gusts, large hail,
downpours and even isolated tornadoes. This forecast depends greatly on the
location of a front in relation to southern New England. The greatest risk
as of this writing is across CT, RI and southwest MA. More information
should become available overnight.
