[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing on Upcoming Winter Storm

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Attached is the latest briefing on the upcoming winter storm for Saturday
and Saturday night.

We are most confident in snowfall totals in central Massachusetts. Keep in
mind there is still high uncertainty in snowfall totals elsewhere which
will likely be adjusted in later forecasts.
