[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Potential Winter Storm Wed Night/Thu
BOX Operations - NOAA Service Account

Tue Dec 15 09:55:27 UTC 2020
Good morning,
Please see the attached briefing for the potential winter storm that could
bring heavy snow, strong winds, coastal flooding, and hazardous marine
conditions Wednesday night and Thursday.
We didn't make any significant changes to the forecast, but, we did expand
the Winter Storm Watch further north to include the following counties:
Hampden, Hampshire, southern Worcester, Middlesex, Norfolk, and Suffolk.
As previously said, the exact track of the storm will determine where the
axis of heaviest snowfall sets up. Further changes to the forecast are
possible if the storm track shifts north or south.
Thank you,
Meteorologists Andrew Loconto & Torry Gaucher
