[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Strong to Severe Storms Possible Monday

Good morning everyone,
We wanted to let you know about a chance for some strong to severe
thunderstorms impacting portions of southern New England Monday afternoon
and evening. This doesn't look like a widespread severe event but some
severe storms are possible.
*Threats:*
Localized damaging winds and flash flooding
*Timing: *
Noon to 8pm
*Location: *
All of southern New England except for Cape Cod and the Islands
