[Weather] Updated Briefing from NWS Boston on Severe Weather Tonight
BOX Operations - NOAA Service Account

Fri May 15 23:31:51 UTC 2020
Hi Everyone,
We have expanded the Tornado Watch to include the rest of northern
Connecticut and Essex County in northeast Massachusetts, as seen in the
attached graphic.
Damaging wind gusts of 60-70 MPH are the main concern with the line of
storms moving through southern New England, but an isolated tornado is
still possible this evening. We still expect the line of storms to weaken
as it approaches Boston and Providence.
Thanks,
Joe DelliCarpini
