[Weather] [2021-02-13 9PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Winter Weather Advisory Expanded Tonight

Good evening,

Based on the latest trends, we have expanded the Winter Weather Advisory to
include all of Rhode Island and most of Southeast Massachusetts. Please
find an attached graphic with the updated hazard. The main concern is that
light freezing drizzle could lead to slippery road conditions overnight.
