[Weather] [2021-02-17 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Potential Plowable snowfall Thu-Fri

Good morning everyone,

You'll find attached the latest information on the storm that will impact
southern New England later Thursday through Friday night. Since our last
briefing the heavier snow axis has shifted south. We will send our next
