[Weather] [2021-02-17 3PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Potential Plowable Snowfall Thu-Fri

Please find attached the latest preliminary briefing for the storm that
will impact southern New England later Thursday through Friday night. A
final briefing will be sent out later this afternoon. Winter Weather
