[Weather] [12.16.2022 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - High Terrain Heavy Wet Snow

Good morning,

The only change to the forecast was a slight reduction in storm total
snowfall.  Heaviest snow occurs roughly between 7 am this morning to 1 pm
this afternoon, when snowfall rates of up to 1 inch per hour is likely.
