[Weather] [2022.11.08 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Flooding and Gusty Wind Potential Late Friday into Saturday

Good afternoon everyone,

There is the potential for heavy rain, gusty winds and hazardous marine
conditions later Friday into Saturday. Please find attached our latest one
page briefing and probabilistic excessive rainfall graphic.

Please continue to keep in mind there will likely be changes in the rain
and wind gust forecasts over the next few days.

Expect the next update to be sent no later than *Wednesday afternoon*, or
sooner if there are significant changes.
