[Weather] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Gusty wind/Heavy Rain threat Friday & Saturday

Good Morning,

Attached is our latest briefing regarding the gusty winds and heavy rain
potential Friday and Saturday. The heavy rain/flooding potential continues
to diminish, while the confidence in the threat for gusty to potentially
damaging winds continues to increase for portions of SE MA and Cape Cod.

Our next briefing can be expected before 6 PM this afternoon.
