[Weather] [2022.09.13 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Strong to Severe Storms Possible Today

Good morning,

Attached is the latest briefing regarding the risk for severe weather
today. A couple of changes:

1. Upgrade of west-central MA to Slight (level 2 of 5) risk
2. Delineation of timing for two possible rounds of severe threats along
with the respective geographic areas
