[Weather] [04.12.23 AM] NWS Boston Brief for Fire Weather Concerns

Good Morning,

A Red Flag Warning has been issued for all of southern New England today,
Wednesday April 12th with the exception of Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket,
and Block Island.

The Red Flag Warning was again prompted by:
- Anomalously dry conditions over the last several days
- Relative Humidity values near 20% this afternoon
- Gusty W/SW winds 25-30 mph
