[Weather] [08.13.2023 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - A few strong to severe thunderstorms possible this morning

Good morning,

A cluster of showers and scattered t-storms will be moving across the
region this morning. There may be a few strong to severe storms, mainly
near the south coast and eastern MA. Damaging wind and large hail are the
primary threats. Drier air will be moving in from west to east during the
afternoon which will limit the t-storm risk, especially in the interior.
