[Weather] [2023.12.10 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Heavy Rain, Strong Winds and Coastal Flooding

Good afternoon,

Attached is the latest briefing on the storm system that is currently
impacting the region late Sunday and will continue tonight into Monday
morning.  Only change includes:

   - *Greater confidence in heavy rainfall amounts & flooding impacts
   across portions of CT into western RI and central/western MA, where more
   significant flooding is likely (greater than 60%).*

This will be our last full briefing, however if the forecast changes, a
shorter briefing will be emailed by 6 AM Monday.
