[Weather] [2023.12.10 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Heavy Rain, Strong Winds and Coastal Flooding

Good morning,

Attached is the latest briefing on the storm system that will impact the
region later today into Monday morning.  Changes include:

   - *High wind warning for the south coast and Cape/Islands*
   - *Wind advisory for rest of RI and eastern MA along I-95 corridor*
   - *Coastal flood advisory for Narragansett Bay and south coast of RI/MA*
   - *Rainfall amounts increased across portions of CT and central/W MA
   where more significant flooding is possible*

Our next briefing will be emailed by 6 PM Sunday.
