[Weather] [02.03.2023 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Dangerous Cold Tonight through Saturday

Good afternoon,

Attached is our latest update on the dangerous cold continuing through
Saturday. We've upgraded Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket to a Wind Chill
Warning from a Wind Chill Advisory as it is expected to be a bit colder
there than previously forecast. Otherwise the forecast remains on track.
Please see the attached briefing for more details. This is anticipated to
be the final briefing for this event.
