[Weather] [02.04.2023 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Cold Temps and Gusty Winds

Good morning everyone,

We wanted to send one final update on the cold and wind event. You'll find
attached images showing 1) how quickly temperatures will rebound and 2) how
long it will take for winds to come down. The strongest winds will be early
this morning, becoming gusty once again on Sunday.  If you have any
