[Weather] [01.19.2023 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Snow/Icing This Afternoon into Friday

Good morning,

Attached is an updated one page briefing regarding the winter weather
impacting our region this afternoon through Friday. Here is a list of the
changes since our previous briefing:

   - Winter Weather Advisory expanded to include coastal Essex and
   southeast Middlesex
   - Coastal Flood Advisory issued for portions of the eastern MA coast for
   the Friday AM high tide.
