Attached is our latest and final briefing for the winter storm impacting
southern New England today.

*What has changed:*

   - Winter Weather Advisory expanded to Hartford County
   - Coastal Flood Advisory expanded to Cape Cod

*Forecast Challenges:*

   - Exact timing of changeover from rain to snow today and how far south
   accumulating snow will take place
