[Weather] [2023.07.16 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing - Flooding and Severe Weather Today

Good morning,

Here is our latest briefing on the widespread rain and flooding today along
with the potential for some severe weather, including the low probability
of a tornado. The only change in the forecast since the last update is
increasing concern for the higher end, 6+ inch amounts of rainfall and
flooding that would result. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have
