Good morning everyone!

We just wanted to let you know that we have increased snowfall totals into
the 2-4" range for portions of central and eastern MA as well as much of
Rhode Island. Therefore...we have issued a Winter Weather Advisory through
tonight for much of this region including the Boston to Providence
corridor. We do expect snow to expand in coverage through the afternoon and
persist into the evening before things begin to wind down after midnight.
Temperatures just southeast of the Boston to Providence corridor were above
freezing allowing for some light rain. It will get colder later this
afternoon and especially by this evening allowing for a change to snow.
Untreated roads may become snow covered and slippery especially for the
evening commute as temperatures drop.

Attached is the graphic depicting our Winter Weather Advisory as well as
our latest snowfall forecast.

Thank You:

Meteorologists: Hayden Frank and Bryce Williams
