[Weather] [12.20.2024 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Accumulating Snow Into Tonight

Good afternoon everyone,

Forecast snow totals were increased slightly since this morning's update,
generally ranging from 2-5" for eastern MA and RI, and a coating to two
inches for western MA and CT.  We have expended the Winter Weather Advisory
into the rest of SE Massachusetts including Cape Cod, and Kent County Rhode
Island. The biggest impact will be for this afternoon/evening commute.

Attached is the graphic depicting our Winter Weather Advisory as well as
our latest snowfall forecast.
