[Weather] [2024.02.10 PM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Winter Storm Monday Night into Tuesday

Good afternoon everyone,

Please find attached an updated one page briefing regarding an expected
winter storm Monday night into Tuesday. Since our last briefing, confidence
has increased that portions of southern New England will experience an
impactful winter storm late Monday night into Tuesday. Winter Storm Watch
headlines are in effect for most of southern New England excluding The
South Coast, Cape Cod, The Islands, and The East Slopes of the Berkshires
in Hampshire and Franklin counties in MA. As forecast confidence continues
to increase, we will make adjustment to these headlines as necessary. We
will provide an updated briefing by tomorrow at 6am.
