[Weather] [2024.02.11 AM] NWS Boston EM Briefing: Winter Storm Late Monday Night into Tuesday

Good morning everyone,

Attached is a briefing packet regarding the Winter Storm expected to impact
our region late Monday Night into Tuesday. Please see the briefing for more
detailed information.

Changes since our last briefing:

   - Increased snowfall amounts
   - Expanded the Winter Storm Watch into far NW MA and into portions of
   the south coast
   - Issued a High Wind Watch for Cape Cod, Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard
   - Issued a Coastal Flood Watch for the eastern MA coastline, including
   Cape Cod and the Islands
